The performance took place near Britomart, it was really moving and people were euphoric. There were many people from different countries enjoying the event.
I think ‘Kapa Haka’ is an interesting interpretation which has movements and sounds that express and show the heritage of the Maori culture, also those who performed this dance did it with a lot of feeling.
In general I loved this experience because despite this ancient tradition it is still alive and is important. Then everyone needs to enjoy it to feel a little closer to Maori culture.
La actuación tuvo lugar cerca de Britomart, fue realmente emocionante y la gente estaba eufórica. Habían muchas personas de diferentes países disfrutando el evento.
Yo pienso que ‘Kapa Haka’ es una interpretación interesante que tiene movimientos y sonidos que expresan y muestran la herencia de la cultura Maori, también quienes interpretaron este baile lo hicieron con mucho sentimiento.
En general, me encantó esta experiencia porque a pesar de que es una antigua tradición, todavía está viva y es importante. Entonces todos necesitamos disfrutarlo para sentirnos un poco más cerca de la cultura Maori.
